The front desk staff displayed warmth and efficiency upon my arrival. They assisted with my Radisson membership, which gave me savings on early check in. The room size suited my needs, and I appreciated the comfort it provided. The hotel's location allowed easy access to central areas.
The shower head did not provide optimal water pressure.

The restaurant staff, Victoria , Magda , and Martin , showed great kindness. They offered superb assistance with any requests , and they presented themselves as very considerate people, demonstrating excellent service skills.

The location was central. It was great being so close to the station and shops. Check-in was SO efficient. The man at reception was engaging and professional. I stayed on the 10th floor. The room was fantastic.
The gym was advised, but it was not in working order. The fried breakfast tasted terrible to be honest. I think the breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. The rooms are unbearable hot, I noticed non functioning air conditioning!!!!

the room was quite large air conditioning worked well it maintained a comfortable temperature. breakfast options included a variety of choices the food quality was satisfactory. the location proved excellent it was close to the train station for easy access to transportation i found the bullring shopping centre within walking distance too.
the bar was small and it seemed understaffed so waiting times were sometimes long.

the location proves really good it allows easy access to nearby shopping malls and grand central. the front desk staff presents amazing service i felt welcomed upon arrival. the comfy beds ensured restful nights i enjoyed a spacious room. really good customer service provided peace of mind during my squash tournament transport needs were easily met to the club.
the necessity of this deposit made me uncomfortable since it assumed potential misconduct. i hope this policy is reviewed to enhance guest relations.

The reception staff accommodated my early check-in request at 1 PM (check-in time is usually after 3 PM). The provided room was excellent. I really liked the location as it was convenient to New Street Station and the Bullring Shopping Centre. The bed was super comfy.
The curtains in the room allowed too much light to enter, difficult to sleep in late.

The staff was friendly and cute at reception. Staff were very helpful on the day when I needed to make last-minute changes to room names. I received quick and accommodating service from the staff, especially when plans needed adjustment.

the location is excellent, so close to shopping malls. it was easy to get to many places. the staff at the front desk were cute and helpful. i stayed for two nights and had a good experience overall.
my room needed some updating i noticed. the coffee provided in the room was not good. there were permanent stains on the carpet which was disappointing. overall cleanliness should be checked.

The location was great. It was walking distance to new street station! the staff were friendly and efficient! the premium room was huge, and it was well-equipped, including a great coffee machine.
I arrived at 3:40 pm. The check-in time was 3:00 pm. i did not get access to my room until 4:30. this late access meant i was late for a meal. No compensation was offered for the tardiness.
